They have won several awards\, including a Latin Grammy for Best Norteño Album in 2008. Also featuring Grupo LMT formerly Grupo Límite\, from Monterrey Mexico\, defined the style and set the pace for Tejano and pop norteno music throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s.
