Who Sells at Traders Village?

People starting a new business. People having a garage sale. People looking for another outlet for an existing business. People with hobbies they want to turn into income. Existing flea market dealers. Businesses wanting to move closeout merchandise without having to tie-up costly retail space. In other words, anyone with an idea, a product or creation who wants exposure to a large number of potential customers without high overhead and related expenses of most retail spaces.

    Traders Village Grand Prairie does not rent tables or chairs.
  • Promotion of Products, Services, Sampling, Sponsorship of Events, Etc.
    Any individual or company wanting to rent a space to promote their product, service, do product sampling, hand out sales literature or certain other activities fall under a different pricing structure. Please contact the Traders Village office at 972-647-2331 and ask for the Promotions Manager for more information about promotional opportunities at Traders Village.

Weekly Rental Procedure

Monday through Thursday:
We begin taking reservations for the two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday) on Monday at 8:30 a.m. by telephone only (972-647-2331) until Noon. After Noon on Monday, telephone or counter reservations are accepted until 4:00 p.m. Two-Day reservations continue by phone or at the counter Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payments by cash, check or credit card.

Friday:
We will accept reservations for one day (Saturday) or two-day (Saturday and Sunday) rentals on Friday at 8:30 a.m. by telephone only (972-647-2331) until Noon. After Noon on Friday, telephone or counter reservations are accepted until 4:00 p.m. Counter payments accepted after Noon on Friday by cash, check or credit card.

Renewals:
To hold your one-day rental space(s) for Sunday, take your receipt and identification to Guest Relations on Saturday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

To hold your two-day rental space(s) for the next weekend, take your receipt and identification to Guest Relations on Saturday or Sunday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

What are the market operating hours?

Vendor gates open every Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 a.m. Closing times vary seasonally.

What Can I Sell?

Dealers can sell anything that does not violate county, state or federal laws or is not on the Traders Village Restricted list. Traders Village does not allow the sale of food or drink products without a permission permit from Traders Village.

Do I Need a Sales Tax Permit?

Yes, Traders Village keeps all market dealers Sales Tax Permits on file for the State Comptroller’s Office. If you do not have a Sales Tax Permit, please apply for one at the link below and bring your Sales Tax Permit to our office when you come in to rent space. It is easy!

How Do I Get To Traders Village?

We are between Interstate 30 and Interstate 20 just off Highway 360 in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

From I-20 go north on Highway 360 to Mayfield Road; take a right and go east, Traders Village is on your left. From I-20 go north on Great Southwest Parkway to Mayfield Road; take a left going west and Traders Village will be on your right.

From I-30 go south on Highway 360 to Mayfield Road; go left under underpass on Mayfield Road. Traders Village will be on your left.
